Best way to solve the "not carrying for the RR" problem
Hey guys, everyone here should know by now that carrying for the RR and Rank, its a distraction for the gameplay (its an interference). I really think i have a very good mental but even me being like that, its really really hard to don't think about RR. If i lose 3 games in one day, that makes me angry and in a bad mood, for me and for those around me, and worst if its close to a promotion. That shows i care too much about the rank. So, how did i solve this problem? The @NeuroShot Valorant tip i saw was to take a look on my life outside Valorant. Basically fixing my life, my relationships, my goals, be a better person in general, If i lose a few games i don't get too mad because the rest is ok. "Valorant is not life, Valorant is teacher of life". Its easy to understand the law but truly not an easy one to put it in practice. Try it, think about it, and let me know if it worked for somebody else, I'm really curious

@Lisa Andersen Nice, thats for sure a better way to aproach the game
To all the males here listen up
This is a mature topic feel free to skip, but this is could also what could be holding you back Post-nut clarity can kill your motivation to do everything from game sense, aim, comms, holding angles despite the same aim routine, same videos from Neuroshot that you listen to. It also makes you more irritable and prone to tilting even at round 1. This demotivated feeling can last from 3 - 7 days, which is probably the reason why some of you feel like you're not growing mentally, despite all the Neuroshot videos I hope this helps

Agree bro, same with all kinds of activities that gives u loads of dopamine (sex, drugs, gambling, snacking, etc.). As soon as you make a decision to go for the "instant dopamine", when ur in game, u will do the same. It starts being part of your identity, going for the easy autopilot plays, not focusing. I also heard that mike tyson refused to do sex for about 1 month prior his competitions. I dont know the exact science but must be bad for you for sure.
Valorant aiming problem
I quit valorant a long time ago, now I’ve come back but I feel like my problem is that I always blame my crosshair or my aim when I lose a round. Therefore it makes me go do some amounting mid game just to end up missing all my shots. What do I do?

Hello bro. I understand ur spot but u cannot expect having a good aim when u just came back. u need to put some hours in first, practice aim a lot, chose one crossair (from a pro for example) and stick to it for as long as possible. This process takes years, dont rush it, have fun
