@Dianne Davis I can meet you at eh...it happens to all of us, and is usually a sign that your mind or body needs a little spark. Is there one small thing you are looking forward to today, or can create to look forward to that you enjoy? Nothing big, just something that feels like it's yours. A few ideas may be: -a connection moment with someone you miss or feel safe with -a micro treat like a new candle, a cup of coffee, or even adding a new song to your playlist -creative spark (journaling, rearranging something small in your home like a corner of your room, jewelry box, drawer etc.) -A 10 minute reset...step outside, stretch, breathe deeply or take a short walk If you try one of these let us know how it worked, or if it didn't.
