✨ DAY 12 | Awareness Is the First Step. Change Is the Next
. You can’t change what you’re unwilling to acknowledge. Many of us spend years asking God to change our lives while avoiding the thoughts, habits, fears, and beliefs that need to be confronted first. Healing begins with honesty and growth begins with awareness. Transformation begins when you stop making excuses and start asking better questions. Today, take a moment to check in with yourself: 🤍 What am I thinking most often? 🤍 What emotions have I been avoiding? 🤍 What habits are keeping me stuck? 🤍 Are my daily choices creating the life I say I want? Awareness isn’t about shame—it’s about freedom. When you see the pattern, you can break the pattern. When you expose the lie, you can replace it with truth. When you recognize the paradigm, you can begin to rewrite it. Reflection:What truth am I finally ready to face that will move me into my next level? “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” — Proverbs 23:7 💙 Surviving Me: 30 Days of Paradigm Shifting #SurvivingMe #ParadigmShifting #MindsetMatters #HealingJourney #RenewYourMind #PersonalGrowth #SelfAwareness #BreakTheCycle #IdentityHealing #FaithAndGrowth #Transformation #ChristianWomen #GrowthMindset

Your Brain Seeks Proof
Your brain constantly searches for evidence to support your beliefs. Believe you’re unworthy? You’ll notice rejection. Believe you’re capable? You’ll notice opportunity. What evidence are you collecting daily?

The Imposter Paradigm
Imposter syndrome isn’t always about confidence. Sometimes it’s a paradigm problem. You still see yourself as who you were. Not who you’ve become.

Trauma Creates Paradigms
Sometimes trauma teaches lessons we never meant to learn. Rejection teaches:“Nobody wants me.” Failure teaches:“I’m not capable.” Betrayal teaches:“People can’t be trusted.” Healing requires challenging the lessons trauma taught.

The Story You Keep Telling
Many people are trapped in stories they keep repeating. “I’ve always struggled.” “Nothing ever works.” “I’m not good enough.” Your story becomes your paradigm. Your paradigm becomes your reality.
