Good morning. I’ve been MIA. My son was admitted to the hospital on Thursday evening. It’s been a roller coaster but all is well as he came home this morning. I plan to relax today and just take it easy. I’ve done a lot of fasting for the past few days and now I need some protein. I’m craving it. Going to eat once I take a much needed nap! Have a good day!
I found this book on my shelf and watched a few videos on the same topic. So I will create a plan to work different muscle groups daily after I ride my bike. I am in ketosis, so I am burning fat for energy.
Tonight I decided to experiment with something I picked up at Costco. The ingredients are clean. Birria tacos are some of my favorite things to eat. I made my own cheese taco shells and added the Birria meat. It was delish! I don’t have pics of the actual tacos cause we ate them before I could get a pic.
