Happy New Year - A Gift for Members + Mastery Ticket Holders
Hey all - as we prepare for the New Year and Claude Mastery on January 6th, I was thinking back to some time I think 3 or so years ago when I made a post in our old community as I was testing out a recipe using Claude and asked all our members to share a blurb about their business for a free MarketSauce® Blueprint. The prompt was something like: Submit a 32 word MAX (NO more than 32 words, could be less) blurb about your business. WHO you are, WHO you serve, and HOW you're different. Include a website link if you'd like. From there I generated a full report using Claude and our recipe. The response from that way overwhelmingly positive for the clarity this Blueprint provided and was the catalyst for many of the custom tools and workflows we've continued to develop today. For all active members and those who bought a ticket to the Claude Master Sprint - I want to extent this offer to you as we prep for the sprint kickoff next week. HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR BUSINESS FOR A FREE MARKETSAUCE® BLUEPRINT: 1) COMMENT BELOW with your response to this: "Submit a 32 word MAX (NO more than 32 words, could be less) blurb about your business. WHO you are, WHO you serve, and HOW you're different. Include a website link if you'd like." 2) KEEP AN EYE ON MY RESPONSE, I WILL REPLY TO YOUR COMMENT WITH AN ATTACHMENT OF YOUR BLUEPRINT 3) READ, GAIN INSIGHT, AND PREPARE TO IMPLEMENT - ALSO... SHARE YOUR FEEDBACK TO THE BLUEPRINT AFTER YOU'VE REVIEWED HERE IN THE COMMENTS. GOOD OR BAD - I WANT TO HEAR YOUR ADVICE ON HOW YOU FIND THIS BLUEPRINT USEFUL - OR IF YOU DON'T AT ALL. That is all. I'm signing off now to spend the afternoon and evening with my wife Rachel and will be low power mode the next few days to prep for January and 2026. Low power mode meaning, me and Claude will be snuggling up together to make some magic and blueprints for you too :-) Happy New Year, y'all. See you next year! Darby

Hi @Darby Rollins - better late, than never...😁 Thanks for this opportunity - here is my blurb for PromptDrive: PromptDrive lets professionals and small teams organize, share, and collaborate on their AI prompts across ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. One workspace for consistent AI results, no more scattered prompts. promptdrive.ai
[IMPORTANT] Claude Mastery Sprint - January 2026
Hey all - important announcement for the month of January here at GenAIU. In my opinion (and I know I'm not alone)... If you're going to pick ONE tool to master this year, it's Claude. Not five tools. Not hopping between ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and whatever dropped last week. It's fine to use the other tools too. I do, and use all the tools I just mentioned every week, too. But lately as I've been going deep into Claude Code... it's become apparent, this is the tool I recommend everyone master if they are an AI-native agency or business operated. That's why this month, to start 2026, we're going deep and building real skills, real workflows and real business applications with Claude. Then you can apply that mastery everywhere else and pair Claude with other platforms to get even more out of it. Claude is different. And Claude Code is a beast by itself. Yet... Most people haven't even touched Claude Code. Haven't built a single artifact. Haven't set up projects or custom instructions. They're scratching the surface of the most powerful tool available. That's fine, if you're OK with being average. But if you're already using Claude or see others crushing it with Claude and feel stuck, then you're going to want to join this sprint. Also, I'm not here to sell you on the benefits of using AI in your business with this. You're probably already using a number of tools and by now if you've seen how we operate at GenAIU, have some understanding of why we are focusing on just one platform each month. That's why we're choosing Claude. It's a no-brainer. Why? Because Claude isn't just another chatbot. It's the backbone layer of your AI engine. Sales. Marketing. Operations. When you actually master it, you're not "using AI." You're actually building with it. One tool. Deep mastery. That's where the leverage is. This spring will last 4 weeks. 4 weeks. 8 workshops. January 6-29. Me and you in a group setting. Building. Tuesdays @ 10am CST: Claude Deep Dives Projects. Artifacts. Custom instructions. Claude Code. The capabilities most people ignore that create the most leverage.

We are also excited to join both sessions @Darby Rollins - especially as your scope for these reflect what I want to focus on more extensivly this year. For example, I want to use Claude (Code), Codex and adjacent tools like e.g. make / zapier / n8n extensivly to setup more and more automations of our most repetivitve / boring / brain-draining day-to-day tasks. One major goal for this year is to heavily reduce the time I need for emails. Also, I want to find ways to "implement" a content roadmap (for customers as well as for our own product) with as much automation as possible. I have used Claude Code in chat mode heavily the past months to setup a demo for a new software service for customers as well as improve our existing SaaS solution - totally different tech stacks & environments. I haven't worked with code for >30 years before that, now working with API calls, cloud environments, github, JIRA integration for requirements, Stripe & kit integration etc., deploying new releases by myself, with only a bit of oversight on meta-level from my head development colleague. I haven't used MCPs or skills yet in a relevant way - so, I have a feeling, we are only scratching the surface of what is possible regarding automation and agentic use cases. I really look forward to your insights and the practical "sprint approach". See you tomorrow!
Top Reasons People DON'T Learn AI... So WHAT do YOU Want To Learn? And HOW?
Sabrina Ramonov just shared a post on her Substack recapping her experience (and come clarifications) from the recent AI Advantage Summit hosted by Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. While I didn't attend, I took notice to one thing in particular she shared which was from a survey Tony and Dean ran to the 100k+ summit registrants: “Top reasons people don’t learn AI” and the top answers were: not enough time to learn it, don’t know how to create leverage with it, and it’s moving so fast it feels overwhelming!" My question to you and this community - especially those at the early stages of learning AI - is what sort of consistent content format would be most helpful and useful for you to help get you started on your road to AI implementation? I don't have anything scheduled out right now besides the mastery implementation workshops for premium and VIP members but have the capacity to slot in some type of additional sessions where we could cover more basic training on getting started with AI. Would you find this useful? Let me know what sort of live call steaming cadence would best for you:

hi @Darby Rollins great to see you here ;-) briefly my thoughts on your questions: 1. maybe, alternating every other week 60min theory and brainstorming sessions on what is new in AI related to the different areas relevant to the community and 60-90min practical "hands-on" experience like building custom GPTs, setting up LLMs to your needs, using AI tools to automate processes with e.g. n8n, best practice for prompting / prompt engineering etc. -> so, basically, alternate every week between more theoretical aspects like AI trends, overview of new possibilities etc. and specific "do it yourself" trainings for practical, focussed application of AI tools and principles that are related to running a business 2. what i like to learn (more about): how to further automate processes with existing tools and develop own, individual tools that support this
