I really like your website; the design is great! One piece of advice for the hero section: The main h1 headline should clearly state your value proposition—what value you are delivering and which problem you are solving. In just a few days, it's nice to learn about a feature, but in my opinion, that shouldn't be the main focus of your service (since you already mention that in the bullet points). Instead, think about highlighting the primary value you're providing, such as: "High-Converting Websites for More Clients and Lower Marketing Costs," or something similar. The text under the heading should explain how you plan to achieve that result. For example: "We combine premium design with strategic planning and usability—not only to stand out, but also to drive more sales." You could also make the call-to-action (CTA) clearer. For instance, what happens when someone clicks on it? Do they get a contact form, book a strategy meeting, or receive an offer? I hope that helps. If you have any questions, let me know!

Hello everyone in this community 👋 I'm Thor, and my colleague and I started a website agency a few months ago. This year, we want to scale the agency to €10,000 a month, so I love learning a lot here! I'm looking forward to connecting with like-minded people and sharing relevant insights. Good luck to everyone here! Before I forget: maximize your luck!

New member here! 😁
Hello! My name is Samuel and I've designed in different fields for quite some time now, but just recently landed in web designing after considering it for months. After some thinking, I've chosen the restaurant niche. Or more specifically, farm-to-table restaurants. I haven't got my first client, yet. I've been doing cold emailing to restaurants asking if they wish for a new website. My questions are: - Is that niche a good option? - Does anybody have tips about the restaurant niche? - Are there better ways to reach out to owners? I would really appreciate some help :)

@Samuel Frenzel My strategy is to look for businesses that already rank high on Google or are running Google Ads and have poorly designed websites. These businesses already get a good amount of traffic but are losing potential customers along the way. Our offer is: we help [Insert Niche] businesses with high-converting websites to attract more customers and reduce marketing costs. I am focusing on the value we can provide. The goal of these calls is to book a free 10-15 minute appointment. Keep the cold calls short and get straight to the point. Here is an example script from me: "Hello Mr./Ms. [XY], [XY] speaking. I'm happy to reach you! I'll get straight to the point—if that's alright with you. I help companies in the [industry] sector acquire more customers at lower marketing costs through sales-optimized websites. I noticed that you're (pick one): 1. running Google Ads, 2. ranking high on Google, or 3. not as visible as you could be. That's why I took a look at your website and saw that there's still room for improvement. With that in mind, may I ask when it might be convenient for you to have a non-binding 15- to 20‑minute call to discuss this further?" If you have any further questions, feel free to ask!
