"Everything is content & content is everything"
I find content creation quite difficult. I've seen first-hand that one of simplest and most effective ways to build an audience, is by creating content. Conceptually I get that, it makes perfect sense! ... so why have I not been doing it enough? Like many folks, my mind immediately goes to "what do I make my content about?" But I had a realisation whilst wide awake at 3am last night, thoughts wandering (you know how that is). Content isn’t just what you write or record. It’s the way you treat people. It's the stories you tell. It's the energy you bring. It's the help you give. EVERYTHING you do; meetings, hangouts with friends, even quick chats, is content creation. If your 'content' sucks, no one is going to want to have anything to do with you. That's just as true online as it is in the real world. I also had this realisation... Quantity of content also matters. In the real world, who do you have the strongest relationships with? The people with whom you have shared the most high-quality content. Think about it... Your family Your close friends ... you've probably shared hundreds, maybe even thousands of hours of 'content' with each other. And this reframe of content is already helping, I mean, look at this amazing piece of content I've created lol Let me know in the comments, would you also say content creation has been a bit of a hurdle for you (if not, why not)? ✌🏻
