@Kurt Withers I have been training MA for almost 45 years now, with decades in Internal Chinese including Taijichuan and Baguazhang as well as a strong Karate background, training in both Ashihara and Enshin Karate with Kancho Joko Ninomiya, earning Nidan rank in 2017, before injury convinced me to return to internal styles for rejuvenation and away from competition.
A plan to suit everyone
What I would like from my community is for them to tell me areas that they want to improve on the most and I will start creating exercises based on that and will actually help people with what they are in need of it will also fit into their lifestyle
