Repetition is the act of strengthening whatever it is we choose to repeat daily, be it “good or bad”, expansive or contracting. Implementing a daily practice to strengthen good habits is so important to our evolution and growth. I have found choosing 3 words of encouragement using the alphabets is very helpful. Today I ask you to CHOOSE 3 words to focus your day around and observe the thoughts and feelings they bring throughout the day. Road-test this practice DAILY!!
