Hey everyone, how are you all getting on? What are you each working on at the moment? Just to update you, yesterday I filmed Module 1B – Core Stability. As some of you may have heard me mention I feel that Swiss Ball work was probably going to end up being 50% of the stability work and so I have filmed the other 50% and am just editing now. This is mostly work with a Pilates ball aka Mini Swiss Ball. Along with that included there is stability work on 3 specific areas; Shoulders, Hips/Glutes & Lower Back/QL. This Module will be available to everyone and from the start. I know it can be overwhelming with lots of different Modules and content so I'd just encourage you to not feel rushed and just stick to what you are enjoying and your body is feeling benefits from, then whenever you feel curious to check it out or want to try something different or have a specific issue with an area listed then take a look. The next Modules Planned after that will be Modules 3 & 4 – Strength (Isolated) before Strength (Connected) respectively. The first one will be out sometime towards the end of next month.
