Big thanks to @Goose Dunlavey for inviting me to co-host the Berlin IRL event this week, although it will be my first time ever in Berlin 😂 so don’t ask for directions. About me: past 6 months I managed to scale a new skool group (on tax optimisation in Belgium) from 0 to now 81 paying members (and 23 extra sold) at a €2.500 yearly offer. All the sales came from Instagram reeks /TikTok -> dm -> calendly call -> sign a proposal -> access the Skool group in batches. About 40% of the sales calls convert during the 30min call. I hired 2 more people this summer to double our growth by the end of year - so we should do our first €80k month in December. I will be flying from Antwerp, Belgium. I was in the 100 group so will join for both the 100 meetup on friday, as well as the Berlin IRL on saturday and the VIP (if they let me) on sunday.
