Great to have you guys here,

i've been working on the actual structure of my coaching, and i am pretty happy with it all. i now need to develop the exersize sheets for client homework. i'm really excited to share my work with people, i've got a lot of content and ideas, and i really feel like i've struck on some powerful things with these lessons and exserzes! :) after i've done that, i'll be working back on the course, and building up the videos

same old same old, good stuff though:)

same old same old, writing in some drafts for the videos - i've got some really cool ideas for things i can include, and i'm just genuinely excited to be able to flesh this out and have these ready for you all! - or, well when people join that is :) also, i came up with a sick ending to the course as a whole, and it think it is perhaps my own full philosophical answer to existentialism, and I am genuinely so proud of it. I look forward to the day I can make the video surrounding it

progress is going slowly, but well, I am working out how the course and coaching will work together and i am feelign good about it!
