Hey all, not sure how many of you here are using SMS to land clients but i thought this might be super useful if you are as i know Clay had some killer lesosns on this & interviews!! so wanted to drop it here and not just in my community :) would love to hear if this matches your experience! we've basically been heads-down building out the best AI assistant we can for our agency lead flow as we're at a point in scale up where it's either this or hire.. Booking, nurturing, chasing people who go quiet etc Now, to do it properly so every response wasn't just complete word-salad slop.. we went back through every single conversation we've ever had with a contractor over the last few years and read the lot by hand. 161,312 messages....give or take a few we did all this so you don't have to, so we can spead up the learning curve, why do something new when you can copy what works, right? Every reply Every objection Every thread that died on us The point was to understand exactly what gets a response, gets a BOOKING, and what gets ignored, so the assistant sounds like a person instead of a marketer Turns out there's a lot in there Some of it made us wince....😂 A few that stood out: - Replying faster made no difference at all... - When someone asked the price and we gave a straight number, 39% booked. When we saved it for the call, 0% did... - When they picked their own time, 45% booked. When we offered slots, 14% - Someone texted us "yes set it up" and we got back to them 189 hours later... We've put all of it into an artefact you can scroll through, with the actual texts in it. typos and swearing left in as i need you all to be conditioned and prepared for this... what they say to us.. what killed the conversation, and what got a yes. go through it, use it, take whatever's useful & let me know your thoughts or own experience in the comments 👇👇👇 https://claude.ai/code/artifact/44b46041-8e96-4034-8caa-cf524bc0b4b6

@Alex Ramos Youre more than welcome my man! FB groups build a massive amount of trust and are super easy sells as long as the FITD offer is good. Yeah the ads cook As long as you can accept the turbulence of the first few leads coming in before things smooth out You've got all clays'/pavels' follow-up automation snapshots right?

@Hayden Larance Appreciate that man, definitely not as GOAT as ads but it can help ahah
Automated FB Outreach Options?
Are there any automated Facebook reach out platforms similar to LinkedIn ones? I'm looking for something that I can automate that will send DMs to each of my fb friends and/or DM people in groups that I'm in. Anyone know of anything that does this?

I'd avoid automated FB outreach other than posting instead put lead magnet posts out there then auto DM responders with a highelvel workflow, safest bet
Beginner Website Offer for Local Service Businesses — Feedback?
Hey everyone, I’m trying to finalize a beginner-friendly website offer for local/home service businesses like plumbing, HVAC, garage door repair, electricians, roofers etc. My current thinking is to start with: “Conversion Website with Lead Capture System” Positioning: “We build conversion-focused websites for local service businesses that help turn more visitors into calls, quote requests, and appointments, while making sure every inquiry is captured, organized, and followed up so fewer leads get lost.” Base offer would include: fast mobile-friendly website clear CTA click-to-call service pages quote/contact form booking/appointment request form customer email confirmation owner/team notification simple CRM/pipeline basic local SEO setup monthly lead report Then I would keep these as add-ons: SMS lead recovery / missed-call text-back review growth / GBP / local SEO AI chat widget AI voice receptionist Does this make sense as a beginner offer? Would you start with this, or position it differently? Anything important missing?

Love the enrgy in this @Vinesh Garg but i think you're overcomplicating it as a beginner honestly just get the reps in make your first few sites for free, sell them to local businesses with walk-ins we spent 2 years selling just websites on their own before adding AI, chat widgets, review widgets etc... Offer a nice FITD, demo webiste or similar and that'll get you started have fun man
First Deal Closed
Started selling to home service guys 3 weeks ago Closed our first client last week, just today we got all necessary information. (Not getting card on file, don't wanna add unnecessary friction) got my first client for website + review automation for $150 a month on a free trial https://advancedhomerepairs.tableturnerr.com/ What we made for him what do you guys think? It was through cold calling. I have a few more closes I know, just have to push them over the edge and follow up with them harder

Not finding chosen "niche" city-level facebook groups
Hey Everyone, what do you recommend in this situation I picked a niche but i cant find city-level facebook groups only some other citities and nationwide faceboook groups for that niche should i join any city-level fb groups or the nationwide-level groups or join both?

Honestly @Gigi Kirkland just try other niches message half a dozen niches..20..50...doesnt matter What you're looking for is the response rates, the closes then when you find a niche that closes more than others, just go harder on that - nobody's gonna care what niche you target when you're hittign $10kmonths
