past a year practices then we made decision to see Dr. Marc and Simon in Tokyo.it has been fixed for my whole body from joints pain. the more i did practices  the more i got hooked on this amazing program. special it helping for my High blood pressure went low if i kept practices everyday on the rolls. i did yoga+ Pilates+ Body Balance for too many year but finally i selected this practice for priorities.
