Retell not proccessing post call
Hey everyone, I'm just setting up an agent and I can't get Retell to send to a webhook/process the Post-call analyzation but it just happens on a incoming call eg calling the agent. If I test via the chat widget when I put on our website it works, if I talk to the agent via the "Test Audio/Test your agent" within the retell portal it works but when it comes to a incoming phone call it doesn't proccess the Post-call analyzation or fire to the webhook. Has anyone seen this? Do you know how to fix it? Thanks, Phil
