Retell not proccessing post call
Hey everyone, I'm just setting up an agent and I can't get Retell to send to a webhook/process the Post-call analyzation but it just happens on a incoming call eg calling the agent. If I test via the chat widget when I put on our website it works, if I talk to the agent via the "Test Audio/Test your agent" within the retell portal it works but when it comes to a incoming phone call it doesn't proccess the Post-call analyzation or fire to the webhook. Has anyone seen this? Do you know how to fix it? Thanks, Phil

Timezone error
Hey guys im doing the appointment booker AI bot but the first HTTP gives me this error i verified its the corredt timezone also on highlevel, anyone knows any other solution?

@Carl Nolan yes you can use your laptop, when you create a voice agent with platforms like Retell or Vapi, the agent itself lives on the cloud.

Retell and N8N
Community, I'm looking for a solution to cancel and reschedule appointments for the Voice AI Agent for the Trades industry Brendan created. The current script won't remove an existing appointment from the schedule. However, I can reschedule without a problem. That's the only thing I'm missing before I can launch my Voice AI service to the trades industry. Can someone help? Thanks in advance.

@Rod Norman are you using Cal.com ? The process for canceling is similar than rescheduling, for both events you will need the booking UID, and to get that you will need to check user current appointment. So the flow would be some like this user ask to cancel or reschedule, the agent ask for the user email, agent sends user email to n8n using a function, n8n will do a http request to get user appointment information including bookingUid, then need to do another http request to cancel passing bookingUid to the endpoint, and Thais should work. 🤙
