Hey everyone, I’m currently building WorkEase AI, a recruitment workflow tool to help teams manage applications, CV screening, shortlisting and interview coordination in one place. One problem I’m focusing on right now is manual CV screening. For small teams and recruiters, getting applications is only the first step. The harder part is reviewing CVs, comparing candidates fairly and building a clear shortlist without spending hours on manual work. I’d love to learn from people here: If you’ve hired before or managed recruitment, what takes the most time in your hiring process? 1. Reviewing CVs 2. Shortlisting candidates 3. Scheduling interviews 4. Following up with applicants Any feedback or real experiences would be really helpful. You can also check what I’m building here: https://www.workeasehr.com/
