Hey everyone, I’m currently building WorkEase AI, a recruitment workflow tool to help teams manage applications, CV screening, shortlisting and interview coordination in one place. One problem I’m focusing on right now is manual CV screening. For small teams and recruiters, getting applications is only the first step. The harder part is reviewing CVs, comparing candidates fairly and building a clear shortlist without spending hours on manual work. Hey builders 👋 I’ve been working on an AI product called Workease AI — built specifically for HR & recruitment teams who are drowning in resumes. The core problem I kept seeing: HR teams spend hours manually screening resumes, even though 70–80% are clearly not a fit. What Workease does: • HR uploads a Job Description • Candidates apply via a simple public link (no login) • AI instantly screens resumes against that JD • Each candidate gets a Fit Score (0–100%) with clear strengths & gaps • HR only reviews the top-ranked profiles It’s not “AI magic” — it’s JD-specific, explainable, and practical. 👉 I’m currently looking for users (HR managers, founders hiring, or recruitment agencies) who: • Are actively hiring • Want to save time • Are open to giving honest feedback If you’re interested — or know someone who might be — drop a comment or DM me.
