HR teams waste hours screening resumes — so I built this
Hey builders 👋 I’ve been working on an AI product called Workease AI — built specifically for HR & recruitment teams who are drowning in resumes. The core problem I kept seeing: HR teams spend hours manually screening resumes, even though 70–80% are clearly not a fit.
