I’m from Pennsylvania, though my heart tends to live in many places at once—I’ve always been a traveler, a seeker, and someone drawn to the edges of experience. I work in healthcare by day, and at night I’m building an online business as a creator, digital product maker, and explorer of the mind–body world of manifestation, energy, and personal growth. I’m set to launch as soon as I muster just a little more courage and confidence. Most people would never guess that beneath my adventurous, free-spirited nature, I’ve learned some of life’s biggest lessons by taking the long road—making mistakes, starting over, and still choosing to stay open and curious. My biggest goal this year is to expand my creative work, grow my platforms, and build a life that aligns with who I’m becoming, not who I used to be. While I haven’t had a major breakthrough yet with frequency medicine, even my small exposure to it has shown me how subtle shifts in energy can affect my mood, clarity, and overall sense of balance. It’s something I’m exploring slowly, with an open mind and genuine curiosity. This is my family. They live in Thailand.
