Hello, fellow humans! I’m Theresa O’Malley, Ph.D.—the Bio-Logical Yogini. Whether you’re joining me from GVR, Haven, or finding your way here to optimize your engine, you’ve officially entered the Inner Pharmacy. The Mission is simple: Most of us are "over-breathing," and it’s making us tired, stressed, and biochemically inefficient. In this lab, we use science-backed movement and breathwork to harness the Triad of Nasal Breathing: - Biochemical: Managing your CO2, Nitric Oxide, and the Bohr Effect. - Biomechanical: Using your diaphragm correctly (your primary breathing muscle). - Psycho-physiological: Tuning your nervous system to move from "pissed off" to "powered up." The Three Golden Rules of the Lab: 1. Shut Your Mouth! Unless you’re eating or talking to me, your nose is your primary air hole. Use it. 2. Science > Woo-Woo. We talk about biology, mechanics, and evidence. 3. Stay "Clean-ish." We’re here to learn and move. Let’s keep the vibes high and the conversation grounded.
