Hey guys - I am serious about continuing Muay Thai - I don’t want to do MMA but I want to be able to keep up with the guys at the gym. I’m struggling with endurance, form and some mechanics. Any advice ?
It will all come with time. In my experience, any type of fighting or martial arts takes time to adapt with endurance. The mechanics can take time just trust the process. Everyone’s brain is wired differently so sometimes it takes another way or explanation to understand the mechanics. Just keep showing up and then one day it’ll click.
