What happened on Skool news?
I missed it due to a college Phys Ed teaching basketball jamboree with hundreds of kids (slight flex lol)

I love singing. My voice has aged with the rest of me, but I still believe that it’s possible to sing well if I practice. I would be interested in learning some techniques
Chaos Check 😵‍💫
❓➡️ Which one best describes your business brain right now? Remember: Chaotic brain ≠ broken brain. It's just high-voltage energy looking for the right outlet. Be real about your brain energy today and drop how you’re planning to use it in the comments. We turn chaos into clarity by doing this out loud. LFG! I’ll be in the comments with you. 🫶

How do you prevent burnout?
on my mind today. Sleep and going on walks are big for me. Any good books on this topic?

I have been through extreme levels of burnout and I have unfortunately had to deal with this several times. I am 50 years old now, so I can describe a couple of different strategies for you from experience. 1. Prevention is the best cure. Period end of story! Construct your life mindfully and operate your activities on Skool with a mindset that you do not need to be here at 100% all the time. 2. If you start to feel tired all the time or short of temper or are getting sick a lot that is a warning sign. That’s a good opportunity to reevaluate where you might give yourself a little grace and some extra rest. 3. Ask people close to you for an honest evaluation. Don’t be offended if they say that you’re falling short in how you’re dealing with them, take whatever they’re telling you as an opportunity to take a step back and take some things off your plate so that you can fully come back to be present and engaged in all your relationships. 4. heal your body and your mind to rest exercise and proper nutrition and hydration. It seems so basic, but this is the foundational building blocks of life. 5. This one is gonna be hard for a lot of people to hear….drinking alcohol or using other substances as a crutch is warning sign. If the good times keep rolling without a break, it’s time to stop and pay attention…..
