My dinner is a big salad with steamed potatoes (which I put right on my salad) with my lime/maple dressing with ginger & garlic

Lemon water with honey- no pic Blended honeydew melon for my gym juice Litre of celery juice plus a bit to swish during the day Apples, grapes & celery with 3 medjool dates for my snacks for the day Lunch is spinach soup: tomatoes, garlic, basil, celery, orange juice & spinach And salad with my favourite dressing: fresh squeezed lime, maple syrup with garlic, ginger & chipotle pepper Dinner is MM sweet potato pizza

@Cheryl Klotz I would love to eat MM food with people that appreciate it, my son isn’t MM and he even loves the pizza. Great way to used left over steamed sweet potatoes (which I steam too much on purpose, just for this)

Day 1 of 5! I'm starting my day with lemon water and getting my celery ready to juice. I feel like the celery is so bad even the packs I bought are not very good, so the rest of the week I will be doing spinach and heavy metal detox smoothies instead of celery juice. @Stephanie Klotz no I haven’t seen it. I have lots of MM broths canned up for easy use in recipes if it requires any MM btoths

My dinner was my curry potato bowl and I had some mango as I was cutting some up for my spinach soup for the next day

Lunch was spinach soup with mangoes, garlic, celery, cilantro, orange juice and spinach, I will finish my apples before I am done work.

Dinner: steamed & mashed potatoes with lemon, steam water, flaked onions, parsley with steamed peas and a couple bites of steamed sweet potato. And I had some papaya bowl with berries ( frozen and fresh bananas, frozen mango, coconut water and a tad vanilla powder- blended)
