š The Deep Thanksgiving - Hypnotist's Poem
by Anita Kozlowski In this tender season of amber light, when day turns early into night, weāre asked to pauseā to feelā to see the quiet truths that set us free....... A feeling of Gratitude rises soft and low, not for the ease, but what we grow inside the storms we didnāt choose, the moments carved from loss and bruise..... It whispers, āEven here, thereās something true. Even now, lifeās holding you.ā For blessings live in simple thingsā the breath that moves, the dawn it brings, the heart that heals a bit each day, the strength you gained along the way. Thanksgiving is a deeper artā a turning inward of the heart, where noticing becomes a door to see what you ignored before. So pause⦠let stillness draw you in, feel gratitude beneath the skin. Not forced, not loudā but quietly living in the untouched corners of your being. In this soft reflection, you may find a shift, a lightness in the mindā a sense that even what was breaking was somehow shaping your becoming. This is the deeper thought to hold: that gratitude, whispered and brave and bold, is how the soul remembers livingā and how we rise through Thanksgiving.
