I wrote this song after I gave my heart to a girl and she decided to go back to her abusive ex boyfriend. It was originally going to have lyrics but then I realized that no lyric expressed what I felt more concisely than the title. Sorry that this is a more personal post than expected in a guitar community but I think it's important to point out that guitar isn't just about chords and melodies and bass lines and techniques. And emotions aren't things worth throwing away when they can be expressed. Your pain can bring joy and growth. So learn your arrangements, practice your technique, get as good as you possibly can but don't forget to feel it.

So I finally found myself a vintage handmade guitar from the 70s and I'm so stoked. I've been wanting a handmade classical for years. It feels so good to play and the tone is so beautiful, so full and warm. I hope it picks up on my phone mic. Sorry, just had to share.

A friend wanted me to learn only exception for their wedding and they were perfectly happy for me to just strum chords but I was like fuck that and put way too much work in. I still need to practice it a bit to get it solid but what do you think of the arrangement?
