I've been a member of this great group for nearly a year. Helen, the founder, is very approachable and has an absolute fountain of knowledge; she always talks through any thyroid problems or quickly finds the answers for you. I particularly love the Hypo Thrive tool, which is brilliant for asking about food or navigating restaurant menus when going out. Lots of people have joined and generously share their own knowledge. It is an amazing, supportive community and is well worth the money to join!
