Pushing Through the Dip
I’ll be honest with you. The last week or so, I’ve been feeling a bit discouraged. Some days it feels like I’m putting in the effort, showing up, doing the work… but not really seeing much movement. It’s easy to let that get in your head. To wonder if it’s even working. But I’ve been reminding myself that this is part of the journey. The slow stretches, the quiet days, they’re all part of building something real. I’m not going anywhere. Even on the tough days, I’d rather keep moving forward slowly than stop completely. If you’ve been feeling stuck or discouraged too, just know you’re not the only one. We all have bad days. The key is not to let those days define you. Everyone loves the start. That rush of excitement when you’re learning something new, getting results, and it all feels like it’s finally happening. Then comes the dip. That quiet stretch where things slow down, progress feels invisible, and doubt starts creeping in. This is the point where most people quit. Not because they failed, but because it stopped feeling exciting. If you’re in that dip right now, remember this: It’s temporary. The dip is where skills form, habits stick, and real growth happens. Don’t restart. Don’t give up. Just adjust and keep moving. You don’t need a breakthrough today, you just need to keep showing up long enough for the next one to arrive.

Wow guys!
Yesterday was our busiest day ever in OCL! 🎉 We hit 320 activities in a single day, and our community rank is now sitting at #686! Also, were now at 80 members!! That’s massive growth, and it’s all because of the energy and support you’re bringing every single day. Every post, every comment, every conversation helps us climb closer to the top. Let’s keep the fire going today. 🔥 What can you post or share right now to help us hit a new record?

Something Wild Just Happened Because of a Skool Community…
What started as a simple idea for a Skool community has turned into a real-life adventure. When Sam first began building Crap Academy, it wasn’t about making money or going viral. She wanted to create a fun, supportive space where people could connect, laugh, and grow together. Fast forward to now (only 2 months!), and that little idea is taking her halfway around the world. She's on a plane to Costa Rica, today! That’s the power of building something real. Woah.. Sam poured herself into her community. She showed up for people. She made it fun. She made it human. And it’s paying off in ways she probably never imagined when she first hit “Create Community.” I’ve met so many amazing people inside Crap Academy who are just like her - creative, kind, and full of energy. It’s proof that when you focus on connection and consistency, incredible things start to happen. So let’s all wish Sam and Kai a safe and unforgettable trip to Costa Rica. I couldn’t be prouder of her and what she’s built. You’ve earned this one, Sam. Everyone, go join her group >>> (only if you're a silly goose) And if you’ve been thinking about starting your own Skool community… maybe this is your sign.

Profit Mode or Pizza Mode? 🍕💰
Let’s be honest… Pizza Mode is comfortable. It’s warm, safe, and comes with extra cheese. (mmmm cheese...) 𝐏𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞 is watching “just one more” training video instead of taking action. It’s endlessly planning your launch instead of doing it. It’s tweaking your logo for the 12th time because it’s “not quite perfect yet.” Then there’s 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒊𝒕 𝑴𝒐𝒅𝒆 — the messy, exciting, “I’m actually doing this” phase. It’s when you finally launch, post, invite people, and start building momentum. And here’s the best part… In OCL, Profit Mode isn’t just a mindset, it’s a milestone. It’s the moment your community is paying for itself. 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 $100+ 𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉. That first “my Skool subscription just became free.” That first taste of freedom that hits harder than any slice of pizza. I want you to use my referral link to get started. I then have a huge incentive to help you get to Profit Mode (and you don't pay me anything out of pocket!) So tell me… Which mode are you aiming for?
