Just want to throw this out there, because I keep running into people who hear my story – building a paid community 2011-21, selling it for life-changing money – and say: "I didn't know you could sell a community." Having a successful exit gives you freedom -- to pursue that next business idea, to retire, to take time off, travel more... whatever you want! We bought an RV, sold our house, and have spent 2 years traveling so far. Got questions about what makes a community salable?
