The Repton Runes I’ve been looking into rune use recently, especially those linked to the Anglo-Saxon futhorc around Repton and the old kingdom of Mercia. What’s interesting is how little is actually recorded about “rune readings” as a system. Most of what we see today seems to be modern interpretation rather than something fully preserved.
