Loaded Burger Bowl
🥩 Ingredients: - Ground beef (lean) - Potatoes (cubed or diced) - Diced pickles - Pico de gallo - Cheddar cheese Seasoning: - Salt - Pepper - Paprika - Minced garlic 🥣 Burger Sauce: - Greek yogurt (or mayo) - Ketchup - Mustard - Relish 1. Cook the Potatoes: - Dice potatoes into small cubes - Toss with salt, pepper, paprika - Air fry at 400°F for 15–20 min (or bake at 425°F for 25–30 min) - Shake halfway until crispy 2. Cook the Beef: - Add ground beef to a pan over medium heat - Break it apart and cook until browned - Add salt, pepper, paprika, and minced garlic - Cook until fully done and slightly crispy 3. Make the Sauce: - In a bowl mix: Greek yogurt (or mayo), Ketchup, Mustard, Relish - Stir until smooth 4. Prep the Toppings: - Dice pickles - Prep pico de gallo (or use store bought) 5. Build the Bowl: - Base: crispy potatoes - Add: seasoned ground beef - Add: Cheddar cheese - Top with: Diced pickles, Pico de gallo, Drizzle burger sauce This one is a MUST try!
