Hi Rits! it really depends on the type of coffee and the roasting method you use for cold brew. As a general rule I would say the darker the roast the coarser the grind should be. The water ratio is approximately 1 to 2.5-2.8 by weight of coffee. If you need more details - feel free to ask questions
