Autumn's Letters
Tonight’s episode carried the weight of this day — 24 years since September 11, 2001. We reflected on how autumn teaches us the art of release, but also the importance of remembrance. Autumn’s letters remind us that even as we let go, we carry forward love, memory, and legacy. Catch the replay and take a moment to reflect on what you’re releasing and what you’re choosing to hold close today.

There is a lot of pain and turmoil in the world. I breathe it in, hold it a moment, then breathe it out again. I cry if I need to, though most of the time, I cry when I see people being kind to each other, just because they are kind. I then deliberately focus my attention on what I can do, what I can add to the goodness in the world. Sometimes it is an appreciation of what is, sometimes it is a class I teach. It can be many things, but it is what I can do in the now.
Summer's Fullness
Tonight’s episode reflects on the energy of abundance and possibility that summer brings — both outside and within us. Fullness isn’t about doing more; it’s about being present with what’s here now. Catch the replay and reflect on how you can step more fully into your own season of thriving.

I love the concept of thriving in my own season. I’ll have to let it marinate a bit. I’m not used to the idea of thriving yet. Oddly enough, it’s easier to hang onto surviving, because I know it well.
The Gift of an Unhurried Day
Tonight’s episode reflects on the beauty of slowing down and creating space for stillness. Unhurried days remind us to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what matters most. Catch the replay and reflect on where you might invite more gentleness into your week.

We really only have the “spacious present.” Trying to be in the past or in the future can cause stress if we don’t return to the present often enough. Taking a moment to reflect on the past or consider thoughts for the future is great, just remember to return to the present.

Some time ago, I chose peace over some relationships. It was a difficult choice, but one that I needed.
