Small Steps Matter
Not every win has to be huge. Small steps still move you forward. One workout. One video. One better decision. One more try. Consistency builds the life you want. What small step can you take today?

Every day, I will take one action. I call it my Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF). Nothing else matters, but I MUST get my BLUF done to consider the day a success. I've been working on 3 BIG projects here lately and had to filter a lot of things to include stepping away from things that I would rather or want to do. But, I cleared away the clutter and got focused on the small steps that I had to do every day to get these 3 projects to where they are now. Remember, you don't have to do it all at once, but you must do something. It's okay if you don't get it all done, but you must get something done. Much love ❤️
The Habit Loop
After a long, exhausting day of meetings and emails, you find yourself zoning out and checking social media or mindlessly browsing the internet. It’s an easy escape, but hours slip by, and you’ve gotten nothing done. This is the Habit Loop at work: stress triggers a need for relief, which leads to a routine like scrolling, and the reward is temporary distraction. The Cue: The trigger that starts the habit (e.g., stress after a long day). The Routine: The behavior you perform in response to the cue (e.g., binge eating unhealthy foods). The Reward: The positive feeling or relief you get after the routine (e.g., momentary relaxation). How to break this loop: Identify the cue. Replace the routine with a healthier alternative. Reinforce the new behavior until it becomes the new loop. Understanding the Habit Loop helps you break negative cycles and build positive habits. Recognizing this pattern is key to breaking it and replacing it with habits that help you stay focused, recharge effectively, and be more productive in your business!

Much love @Kim Ivy Busa and thank you for all the work you do to keep the community going. I will tell everyone this. "What you focus on, gets results; whether positive or negative." But, the real question is, what are you focused on. I get the entire idea of hustle and grind until you pass out on the floor, but you must take moments for yourself to reset, rewind, and refocus. Instead of reaching for the phone at the end of the day, conduct a daily After Action Review. This consists of clearly identifying the things that went right in your day, the things that need improvement, and then highlighting the most important action you can take for tomorrow that will make the day a success. It's intentional action like this that needs to become the habit. I will never hope or wish for more goals. Instead, I want better habits.

What you focus on gets results, but you must clearly define your focus first thing in the morning.
Give yourself a reason
People either make excuses or make it happen. Instead of making an excuse, giving yourself a reason not to do something make a plan and give yourself a reason to do something. What gets planned gets done but only if you take action. #Believe.

@Peter Ong There is a difference between knowing your worth and proving your value. One involves internal belief, while the other needs outside validation. I believe the definition of value has evolved, but I definitely know my worth.
