I figured something is better than nothing. Originally, I strtd scrolling the group & over-thinking started to creep in. But forget that! 🤔💭🙅♂️ I have been crushing my goals lately, but haven’t taken much time to rest/recharge. First I was “checking all the boxes” and looking productive on-paper📋 Then, I shifted my actions to match more of what my life demanded at the time. (Ex, less planning or learning, more doing) - This made my battle scores take a hit, which kinda weighed on me even though I was reaching new heights in productivity daily. - Recently “losing my souls” after doing everything I could to “push harder”, I found balance. I realize now, after what was my most productive month in years, and still a calm and restful day, that i was missing the whole point of this group. Sure, the videos are ment to help us crawl out of low places, and this challenge is meant to bring us closer theough accountability, But I found something deeper. This group taught me that the shame we feel from - not hitting our goal - Not showing up - Not having it “all figured out” Keeps us from the one thing we need most. Connection. Youre not supposed to hit all your goals perfectly every time. No good teacher would expect someone to get it right while they’re still learning. Instead of looking at mistakes or failures as misses, shift to a growth mindset. Each time you fail, that’s a win because you learned what area you need to improve. The key to a growth mindset is Failure ➡️ shows you what prblm ur having. Knowing what prblm ur having let’s u pinpoint what to work on. It gives u direction. That’s clarity. Know what prblm ur having➡️ Wht to work on. The beauty of having ppl growing and learning alongside you isn’t that u all have it figured out. It’s that you keep showing up, putting in work, and growing. ✌️
