Baking soda and potassium chloride question - how much potassium chloride should I take if I am drinking baking soda am and pm to get more alkaline? What are your thoughts on adding PH drops to water?

Binders
Can someone explain how to take bentonite clay with mms1? I know about the protocol for fungus, but I'm wanting to use it as a binder. I'm not sure if I use it before or after the 8 daily doses.

yes I would like to know as well. I also use diatomaceous earth as a binder. I am considering trying zeolite as well. Just not sure when to take them. I think people take the binder at end of the daily dosing
