I just received alerts that some negative accounts on my credit that had been reporting since 2022 thru 2024 have been reopened on September 27, 2025. This cannot be legal. I need some laws to reference and sue them. An account is supposed to be removed after 6-7 years depending on your state. So them reopening these accounts is starting the count down. Open to knowledgeable suggestions.

So I received my dispute letters. I have a question, feels kinda dumb but there is always a method to the madness and I don't want to screw up anything. The letters have all three bureaus listed. Do I leave it like that and mail them or just leave each specific bureau on each letter as I print them?
