Would it be possible to record a loom and upload to the platform that does the steps to dis enroll A client from a MA plan and in order to enroll them in Traditional Medicare plans with a Med Supplement with UHC for example Also can we see a loom that goes Over : If a client is in their initial enrollment period and they are not on SS where enrollment is automatically done for them , how do we assist them with enrolling in A and B before they get the UHC supp , do we advise them to go to SS office and do that part on their own or direct them to SS.gov
