New members here. Just returned from our first trip to Calabria. We stayed in the hills close to Caminia beach. Absolutely loved it! Had a rental car and visited small hillside towns and castles. Had some great dinners in tiny restaurants. One week was way too short. Coming back in autumn with 3 weeks in Scalea and 1 month in Puglia.

Hi Guys! I was in the Coop the other day in Torrita di Siena and found what I thought was integral pizza dough. I made pizza but it was much too tall so we figured it was bread dough. I baked the rest of it in a loaf and it turned out the be the best bread I have ever had. If you go to the Coop look for it in the bakery section. I don' think every Coop has it but you might get lucky. I split the portion in half and baked half at about 25 minutes with a foil hat so it doesn't burn the top. So good!
