My why is that I’m tired of living in constant joint pain, running on little sleep, and feeling mentally drained every day. My body gets tired too easily and it holds me back from living fully. I want to have real energy, motivation, and strength so I can feel good in my own skin and enjoy life instead of just pushing through it.

Hey everyone ✨ 1. My name is Teri 2. I want to reset my habits and create a consistent health routine. I’m looking for guidance to lose about 10 lbs in a sustainable way while also toning my body. I’m ready for a lifestyle shift, not just a temporary diet. 3. I want to feel lighter, more energized, and confident in my body. My goal is to feel strong, toned, and balanced inside and out while having more energy for everyday life. Right now I feel lots of fatigue and not as confident as I used to be with my body. I’m excited to meet everyone and collaborate ✨.
