Big News: Progress is Progress is Now Official!
Hi everyone, it’s Belle (Belinda Mory) with an exciting update. I’ve officially filed for my LLC—so we are now Progress is Progress LLC! Our tax EIN is in, which means we’re a real, legitimate business. I still can’t quite believe I’m saying that. Starting a business always felt like something other people did, not someone like me. But here we are. Last week, I sat down with three different professionals in our northern Wisconsin area—people from economic development corporations, small business associations, and folks who help startups get off the ground. I got so much advice and direction, but the thing that really stuck with me? Every single person told me how powerful my story is, and how much this mission matters. That means more than I can explain. There are a thousand businesses in the world, but this one is different. I’m building something real out of my own experience—something that’s honest, practical, and desperately needed. I’m so grateful for every bit of support and encouragement, especially from this community. Truly, thank you. For those who are new here, a little about why I started this: I’m Belle, a clinical substance use counselor, a person in long-term recovery, a mom, and an advocate. I built my life on one core belief: nobody should have to fight for recovery alone, or feel ashamed to ask for help. After years in traditional treatment centers, I saw too many people slip through the cracks—lost in the system, or pushed aside because they didn’t fit the “one-size-fits-all” model. So, I left my job to create a different kind of recovery space—one that’s private, honest, and for real people. My mission is to offer support that actually works: raw stories, real experience, and practical tools. I want to make sure nobody has to choose between getting help and paying their bills—or stay silent out of shame. Opening a practice takes more than passion. That’s why I’m turning to my community. Every dollar goes to licensing, office space, insurance, outreach, and technology. I’m committed to always reserving free spots in every group, and I offer scholarships for individual sessions—so nobody is turned away for lack of funds.

Awesome just awesome and I will be a special prayer warrior for you so let me know what you need prayer for specifically 💕🙏
I have boundaries because I value my energy. ⚡️🛑🧱🖤
Tell the truth… humans hate when you start setting boundaries. They’ll label you selfish or dramatic or “too much.” They’ll make you feel like you owe them your time, your space, your sanity. But NEWSFLASH- you ONLY get one life, one mind, one opportunity at happiness and you do NOT owe your freaking energy to someone who doesn’t value it. Full stop. 👏 I used to let everybody cross my lines. I used to let other people’s crises become my crises. I let shame and guilt keep me OPEN- FUCKING- GRAILED 24/7👌. Drained, tired, on empty, pretending like I was okay. I bent over so far backwards I literally broke in half. Girl, you KNOW you’ve been there too. THAT is what NO boundaries look like. You lose yourself trying to separate everyone else’s problems. 🫥💣 Now I set boundaries like somebody’s life depends on it… Because mine does. I guard my peace like it’s billionaire material. I say no and don’t feel the need to explain myself 100 times. I walk away when I know the energy is bad. I don’t respond to every text I get. I don’t “show up” because people want me to or I “should.” THAT is not being selfish or rude. THAT is LOVING yourself enough to give a damn about your own well-being. 🦾🖤 Your boundaries allow your real people room to come into your life. If someone flips because you’re honoring your energy, let them walk. If they can’t respect your“No”, they don’t get your “Yes.” Listen…… Meet some badass humans who understand. Who will never ask you to shrink, bend or break just to make them feel better. Guard your inner flame. YOU ARE ENOUGH, AND YOUR ENERGY IS PRICELESS. ✨🛡️🔥🦅🚀

Thank you
Hi there! I’m Belle, welcome to Progress is Progress.
Look. If you’re here reading this you’re probably looking for something real. Something messy. I’m definitely that. I went from spinning crazy degrees of methamphetamine addiction to being a recovery counselor/coach/writer and I’m still f’ing reckless about believing in people. When they’re broken. When they’re stuck. Ashamed. Never enough. I get it. I’ve been there. I’ve fallen down. I’ve learned. I’ve fucked up. (LOTS to learn from.) Reach out. Don’t be scared. Be brave. Oh and PS: This community is for anyone who’s been affected by addiction. Whether you’re in recovery, loving someone in recovery, work in recovery, struggling in addiction, or you just know recovery is more than being clean or sober. Progress is progress. No matter how big or small or messy. K want to start? Leave me a comment below telling me what “progress” makes you think of. Doesn’t have to be deep. Could be taking a step forward today and making sure you just get OUT OF BED. Could be huge. Hell, you can just say hi or introduce yourself. I’m just excited you’re here. No expectations. You do you boo. XOXO, Belle Jump in: Progress is Progress Coaching Community or get the uncut truth daily at: progressisprogress.substack.com. Your bounce-back is your legacy. Show ‘em how it’s done. 🚀🦅

7-Day Messy Progress Challenge in the Classroom
🔥🎉 Hey Fam! 🎉🔥 Are you ready to hit REAL progress? Not perfect progress. Not Instagram-ready progress. But the messy, slow, raw, stubborn progress we all live through when nobody’s watching? 💪✨ I’m so pumped to launch our 7-Day Messy Progress Challenge 🗓️ — a week of deep dives, real talk, raw emotions, and tiny wins that add up to BIG change. This challenge is all about dropping the shame, embracing the struggle, and showing up for YOUR story—no filter, no judgment. Just straight-up HONEST connection. 💬❤️ 👉 What’s this really about? It’s about YOU. About progress being progress no matter how small, ugly, or slow. It’s about rewriting the script we all carry that tells us we’re “not enough” or that “one slip means failure.” Spoiler alert: That’s bullshit. 🚫 This is a safe space to:✨ Share your tiny wins (yes, even “I got out of bed today” counts!)✨ Voice your fears and shame without getting judged✨ Reflect on those hard moments and learn from them✨ Connect with others who get it because they’re walking their own messy paths too. And yes, I'll be sharing some deeply real stories from folks who’ve been where you are. These stories are messy, emotional, and full of grit. They’re here to tell you you’re not alone and you are worthy of progress every step of the way. 🎤💔🔥 🔥 So, who's in? 🔥 🙋‍♀️ Drop a “💯” in the comments if you’re ready to take this journey with us 🔥🙋‍♂️ Got questions or thoughts already? Pop them here! No judgment, just love 💬💙🙋‍♀️ Struggling right now? Say hi—we see you, and this community has your back 🤗💪 Remember — progress isn’t a shiny highlight reel. It’s the messy, imperfect climb up. And that climb? It’s worth celebrating every single day. Let’s break down shame, build up connection, and own our stories together. 🚀💥 The challenge kicks when you say go! Mark your calendars 📅 and get ready to show up for YOU. Bring your real self. Bring your scars. Bring your hope. 🙌💖 Progress is progress. No exceptions. No apologies. Let’s do this. Ready? Drop those emojis and let me see that energy! 🌟🔥🙌👏💬

Welcome!
Hey everyone—Belle here. Welcome to Progress is Progress. If you found your way here, you’re probably looking for something real. Well, you’re in the right place. I’m a former meth addict turned recovery counselor, coach, writer, and a ridiculously stubborn hope-holder for anyone who’s ever felt stuck, ashamed, or just “not enough.” I’ve been on both sides of this mess—lived it, learned from it, and still screw things up sometimes. That won’t scare me off, and it shouldn’t scare you either. This place isn’t just for people in recovery. It’s for anyone who’s ever been affected by addiction, for the helpers and the families, the people who love someone in it, the professionals, the ones still in the thick of it, the “gray area” folks, and everyone who thinks recovery should be bigger than just “don’t use.”Here, messy progress counts. Every. Damn. Step. Here’s my question for you: What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word “progress?” It doesn’t have to be deep—maybe it’s just making your bed or sending that one hard text. Or maybe it’s surviving something bigger. Drop your answers below, or just say hi and tell us who you are. Don’t overthink it. This community will be exactly what we make it together. Glad you’re here, Belle
Welcome!
