@Daurice Jordan I should know this. Im thinking it would be okay to use a churh ein to purchase various things for it to sustain itself and grow. Then again the act of continuous purchasing/selling, wouldnt that be crossing private/public lines? And wouldnt a irrevocable trust cover the church ein? then how will it be possible to not have anything tracing or any "supposedly tax obligations" tracked to the church? Im missing something!
In looking up the codes in the irs dispute letter, I couldn't find 26 us code 7701 b 12 a 1 online. I've checked multiple online sites with no luck. is there a way to find out if its been totally removed/changed?
@Akiem Barber I've looked again from what you sent and still no luck. I asked Google about the subdivision and it said this section doesn't contain a subdivision of (b) (12) (a) (1)
