That’s why I don’t treat readings like a script. I treat them like a conversation with your spirit—and we choose the tool that fits the moment. This is such a hard pick because I do energy work AND cards lol. But I will say, reiki/energy work has been a life changer for me. As an earth sign, it’s very hard to feel my feeling. Energy work brings it out of me. If I feel “stuck” I can either give myself reiki or have someone else do the energy work for me. I feel more balanced overall now than I ever have with reiki. Now that I’m typing this…I see the need of doing self reiki daily (which I don’t do 🫣). I need someone to hold me accountable with that. Any other practitioners here? 🙃🤣🤦🏾‍♀️

Oh Im rereading this & realizing what you’re asking (I think)! I personally love when you do the cards. I don’t think I’ve ever seen you do energy work like reiki. I’m open to it if you haven’t done so already!!

Actually went on a date with my honey 🍯 it was so nice to get out of the house. One paid activity, the other was free. Although the free activity didn’t go according to plan, it was still nice to spend time together.

It aligns with the work I’m doing on myself this year 3. What you want support with this month: commitment has been a big one. I’ve fallen off on things that I said I’d commit to a lot of the time & the self love challenge has been a thing I’ve been tryna stay committed to. I think consistency too. 4. One goal you’re committing to: Example: to stay consistent with something. Not give up when things get hard. Even if I miss a day, at least try again. I’m struggling lol. 5. One fun fact (optional): I really love sloths. They’re my fave exotic animal & I truly wanna hold one! 🦥

I took a few minutes to write down where my money will be going with my upcoming paycheck. I work part-time & I have to get used to being on a bit of a budget again. Writing down my money helps me not overspend. 💰

Tonight’s focus is simple: slow down on purpose.Task: Wind down for 20+ minutes (long shower, music, skincare, reading, stretch, tea, lights low). Post proof: Snap a photo of your cozy, relaxing setup and post it. Purpose: A longer, intentional wind-down teaches your brain you’re safe, and that pleasant is possible. Affirmation: I honor the intention to find more peace. 💗 Also: I’m going LIVE tonight to talk about “Fitness Is Self Love”. We’re shifting from punishment energy to care: movement as devotion, consistency as respect, and rest as part of the plan. Pull up and bring your questions.
