Welcome. You can do good luck 🤞 🤞
Into
What’s going on everyone 👋🏾 My name is Myron, based in the Fargo, ND / Minnesota area. I’m in the process of launching my box truck business, Saboor Freights LLC, while learning dispatching so I can build both sides the right way. My main goals here are: 1️⃣ Learning how to consistently book profitable lanes 2️⃣ Improving broker negotiations and rate strategies 3️⃣ Building scalable systems so trucking and dispatch can grow together My income target is $15k–$25k per month, and I’m currently focused on Midwest lanes while I build a strong foundation before expanding. Outside of business, I’m into strategy games, and learning new ways to level up financially, so I’m always open to exchanging ideas and perspectives. For those already running trucks or dispatching — what was the biggest mistake you made early on, and what would you do differently if you were starting today? Looking forward to connecting and learning with you all 💪🏾

@Sufiyan Mirza im interesting too
Things I noticed so far in my learnings
So I’ve been learning about dispatch/ brokering via online (here) and in person. Soaking up all the knowledge via reading and shadowing dispatchers. I noticed a lot of the work is simple BUT in its own way complex. Simple ina way where there is a flow and system to doing the job, but complex in multi tasking. it’s all about the details/ communication/ efficiency when handling multiple loads. A lot of mitigation/ prevention so that things can be picked up/ delivered with minimal issues. I’ve also noticed lots of driver fraud. so having the proper verification for your drivers is important.

It is necessary to pay attention to details. Read the documents carefully. Eliminate the problem in a timely manner.
First mistake
When you started dispatching, what was your first mistake and how did you fix it?
