Mine: - I used to believe it takes a big amount of meditation time to be ready to connect to Spirit - I believe that to be a clear channel; mind, body and spirit aligned - if I feel good in my mind, and my spirit but feel sick or tired in my body I won't have a consistent channeling - I used to believe I had to have a "clean, perfectly hygienic" life to be able to connect until I met a medium who used to smoke like a chimney and do miracles 😂 - I then understood it's who you are that needs to be aligned, not what you project - I believe there are times we can feel way less connected that's why practice and consistency are so important - if I do a few days without personally practicing I feel I'm "blocked" - I used to believe spirits, guides etc... are the one controlling or giving me my abilities, "if I can't connect, I'm not enough connected to my guides, I have done something wrong, they decide what I can receive etc..." until I understood that no one is here to 'punish' you - if you can not connect look at yourself first, what's happening in your mind, body and spirit Tell me yours - they don't have to be so long! maybe just one? and we discuss about it!
