I'm Tenial. I started this space because I know what it feels like to be strong for everyone else while quietly falling apart inside. We deserve a place where our experiences are understood- no minimizing, no judgement, no pretending. I am a relationship and clarity coach with a background in counseling couples, individuals, and those suffering with addiction. Everything I teach comes from both lived experience and clinical training. I've rebuilt myself after one domestic violence relationship and one narcissistic abuse relationship. I was so broken and confused that I went back to school and got my Masters degree in psychology. I needed to understand why I kept allowing chaos and confusion into my life. I wondered what was wrong with me. Now, I am equipped to help you figure out the same. I am here to support guide and grow with you. This is a safe space. We don't shrink here sista!
