WHAT’S UR POST GRADUATE PLAN Well, I intend to come back home to becoming a seasoned professional in the Human Resource industry, where I will be able to apply more innovative approaches to key areas of human resource management like, employee development and organizational culture.The plan is to dive right back into the workforce and Join Organizations to create more engaging and productive work environments, where people feel valued and motivated. In the long run, who knows I might even start my own HR consultancy firm to help proffer solutions to major start up companies.

Well, since the last time I was here a lot has changed but my determination to get a US education only got stronger because my experience and knowledge are becoming very essential in my career development plan.Have also been able to secure some scholarship and promised a graduate assistantship that will cover my living expenses upon resumption and I can tell u that my long term commitment to returning to Nigeria after my studies remain unchanged because of my family and friends and the opportunities that awaits me.

I will be paying for my studies through combination of sources.I was awarded a 10% scholarship which will cover part of my tuition and my parent will be fully responsible for the remaining amount. In addition I was also promise a graduate assistantship to assist me with my living expenses but that is upon Resumption.

One of the major reason I chose to study at the University of New Haven is because of it’s MS in Human Resource management program that addresses critical issues such as ethical and global implications, particularly in areas like employee relations and workplace ethics which are vital in today’s global workforce environment.Apart from that the program offers a hybrid learning system and also combines HR analytics with other core functional area of Human Resource Management like; Recruitment and staffing, Employee satisfaction, Training and development which are vital areas of modern day HR management
