For me, business structure has been the biggest one. As I've grown, I've realized having clear systems and processes makes everything else from serving clients to scaling much easier. It's something I'm continually refining as my business grows.

I'm curious, looking back over your 9 years in business, was there a particular moment or lesson that completely changed how you approached building and scaling your business?
