I love reading your intros but finally, you get to read mine, too! 💛
I’ve been introducing myself in this group, for days now, in my mind... 😀 All because I want it to sound nice, witty and memorable but no matter how many paragraphs I write, I delete them only to come back to spend hours reading other people’s intro but not anymore. I still don’t have the words, especially about what I do, but I’m choosing to introduce myself based on who I am - my iden-nini. 😁 I’d be the first to tell you that I’m a super smart, purpose-driven, impact-driven, and passionate woman. I love God and believe He put me on this earth to transform people’s minds about their identity and very importantly, their finances. I love to teach, coach and meet exciting people, especially cerebral minds that are comfortable talking about purpose and MONEY. Even though my educational background is in Mass communication, English, Literature and Law, I love to talk numbers, especially in the context of money. I may struggle with 1 + 1 but when you ask me what is the 27% of $16,768,087, you better be sure I’d have the answer in less than 10 seconds! Yeah, the dollar makes the difference 😂 I dislike small talks and trivial conversations like the weather, what food to eat, what to cook (I hate cooking) or the shades of colors (why can’t we just stick to primary colors?) and can’t relate to grand/global things like global warming or wars. 🙈 I love to dance and I’m a movies girl. I’m literally typing this in the middle of a movie and been watching movies on my bed since I checked into the hotel since 1pm because I know the next few days will be intense at the live event. I’m goal oriented and results-driven. I’m not a people person but I’m a person’s person. I’m fiercely loyal and committed to making everyone around me better. There are few things that burden my heart more than when I see a woman who is full of potential but with little results because she lacks support and accountability. Having coached and mentored thought leaders to launch and scale their coaching business for almost 10 years now, I’m sold out to transformational coaching and building a legacy with my message as a vessel in the hands of God.
I love reading your intros but finally, you get to read mine, too! 💛
I sent a breakup text to Miro, Lucidchart, and Whimsical
I'm Kronda Adair, founder of Karvel Digital, coming to Atlanta from Portland, Oregon. My origin story is five years building websites for small businesses. But I got tired of clients who thought a shiny new website would solve everything, so I pivoted hard into marketing coaching for service business owners. In less than a year they were begging for help with their tech–because they finally understood why it mattered. I went back to my done-for-you roots, but focused on marketing and business automation. Because as soon as you have a certain number of clients, the cracks in the operation start to show. - The intake form that goes to an inbox nobody checks. ($50,000 in lost opportunity.) - The follow-up that only happens when one person remembers. - The payroll mistake quietly costing $10,000 a year. (That one's from this week.) The systems are invisible, which means the mistakes and the money leaks are invisible too. And until recently there wasn't a good tool for showing how people and software actually work together to execute a process. When I found that tool, 2.5 years ago, I logged in for 15 minutes, and then sent a breakup text to Miro, Lucidchart, and Whimsical and never looked back. I got so good at process mapping that I became the top user of the platform, got hired by the founder, and pivoted my business to focus on what almost no one else is doing - getting your processes out of people's heads, so you can actually improve them. I use my C.L.E.A.R. framework — Clarify processes, Liberate time, Elevate data, Automate, Repeat — and fix what's broken before automating anything. Automating a broken process just breaks things faster and with more confidence. And AI wants nothing to do with your sloppy data. Two things I believe, loudly: you can't delegate chaos, and your software is part of your team. I'm coming to Atlanta with a specific focus. I'm good at the work and I've let referrals do my selling for a long time. I'd like that to be a choice instead of a default. So I'm here to get sharper about how I sell this, and to leave with real relationships, not a stack of business cards.

Haha. I literally just saw a movie where a couple was arguing over Marvel vs DC and I was like “what kind of trivial argument is this?!” 😂
We’re Giving the Husbands the Mic: How Marriage Impacts the Money 🔥
Chris has always supported me even when I couldn’t quite see it. This panel is different because we’ve never given the husbands of our clients the mics. We work with a lot of women, and about 60% of them are married, so we decided that instead of just doing the marriage panel, we’re doing a husbands panel to hear from them about what it took to support their wives as they climbed, what mistakes they made along the way, and how they wish we would have communicated what we needed in order to get what we needed from them. Now, here’s what I know without a shadow of a doubt: whether you’re single but want to be married, or married and want it to get better, your marriage drastically impacts your money. For many of the women I speak to, home impacts business. There’s no way around it, so I’m excited for this candid discussion. My husband is leading it, and the husbands also have a group chat that of course I’m banned from, so maybe they’ll tell us what they discuss in there too lol P.S. I’m the host of an event called Black Women Sell Live the only event that centers the needs of Black women CEOs and uses history to teach them timeless sales strategies. We sold out at 1,000 founders but comment SELL and get on the waitlist so if someone can’t attend this year you can snag a seat. We’re making room for you next year though 🤏🏽🤏🏽…

This is going to be so good. I’d love to have this session live streamed for my husband. It would be so cool, wouldn’t it?😊

I'm so exciteeeed to see this...Okay I cannot keep calm because THIS ROOM IS COMING TOGETHER AND I AM LOSING IT!! 🎉 Like — do you understand what is being built right now?! Woman after woman after woman is saying YES to herself, YES to her business, and YES to being in one of the most powerful rooms of 2026. And I get to watch it happen in REAL TIME and it is the most beautiful thing!! 👏🏾 Marilyn Alexander @destinedtopublish 👏🏾 DeKesha Williams @de_kesha 👏🏾 Kotia Owens THEY ARE IN!! And they are just a few of the incredible women who have already locked in their seats at Black Women Sell Live 2026!! The energy around this event is something I have never seen before. Women are not just buying tickets — they are making a declaration. A declaration that they are DONE shrinking, DONE waiting, and DONE letting opportunities pass them by. 🚨 AND IT'S OFFICIAL — TICKETS ARE NOW OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!! 🚨 But listen to me when I say this — these seats WILL NOT LAST. The women who have been waiting? They are moving RIGHT NOW. And when this room fills up, it's done. No exceptions. No extensions. September 25-27 in Atlanta. The Original Innovators. The room where everything changes. Don't be the one who watches the recap wishing you had moved. Be the one IN the room making memories, making moves, and making MONEY. Tickets are open — but the window is CLOSING FAST. 🔥 🎟 Grab your seat RIGHT NOW before tickets sell out → www.blackwomensellevent.com

@Marilyn Alexander Nice. Where are you travelling from? I’m in Houston and considering having a roommate at the hotel. Are you open to it?
QUESTION:
What’s one mindset shift you're adopting in 2026?
