Hello everyone, I owe you a sincere and honest update... Over the last week, my family experienced an unexpected emergency that hit all of us very hard. I have been on an intense emotional rollercoaster and, truthfully, I have not been able to show up in any meaningful way. I have not had the emotional capacity to post, comment, teach, communicate properly, or be as present inside the Academy as I intended to be. I am deeply sorry for disappearing without explaining what was happening. I know that my absence affects more than just me. You joined this space expecting guidance, structure, classes, communication, and consistency, and I take that responsibility seriously. Alongside everything happening within my family, I have also been navigating a much deeper personal transition. The Identity Alchemy Challenge did not end when the scheduled challenge ended. The work has continued unfolding inside my real life, and I am experiencing the uncomfortable reorientation that happens when an old identity no longer fits, but the new identity has not fully stabilized yet. Some areas of my life have changed dramatically because of the identity work we completed together. I can see clear evidence that I no longer think, respond, create, or make decisions in quite the same way. At the same time, I have also fallen back into old habits and coping patterns in other areas, particularly when I became emotionally overwhelmed. It has been humbling to experience both realities at once: genuine transformation and old survival patterns resurfacing. My life, my work, my relationship with creativity, and the way I want to lead this community are all shifting. I have been gaining much more clarity about what I want the Academy and the larger ecosystem around it to become. I want to build something meaningful, sustainable, manageable, and genuinely supportive, rather than repeatedly overextending myself, burning out, disappearing, and trying to return by pushing myself even harder. But even positive change can be a tremendous amount for the nervous system to process.

Sorry, I’ve been missing in action y’all! I have been battling an infection in the lymph nodes of my jaw. It has been like torture. You never know how much your head controls the rest of your body until you feel every muscle in your neck ache with pain when your body moves. So I haven’t had any energy to come here. I hope everybody has been well. I’ve been thinking about you all and hope to have some time to check in on the Academy later this evening when I catch up on everything I’ve had to put on pause because I’ve been out of commission. The right side of my face blew up like a tangerine hanging off the side of my face… so I’ve been experimenting with protocols, but would covet your energetics medicine. Hello everyone, I just want to pop in and say that I will be starting week 5, the FINAL week, of the Intuitive Alchemy method tomorrow. It's been a rough week and a bit and I have not had a good day today; I'm dealing with a family matter that has rocked me a bit. I'm also feeling really burnt out and out of it. For quality purposes, it's important that I give myself the space I need so I can give you all the content you deserve and do it justice instead of forcing myself to do it for the sake of not being 1 day behind. We will instead start this week tomorrow and end on Saturday instead of Friday. Then we break for a week as we prepare for the next phase. I really appreciate your understanding and I will be back some point tomorrow. Please take from this that it's important to honor your body and its needs. Slow and steady wins the race! I feel like we are in a period of destabilization before stabilization and expansion. If you're going through some difficult things right now, know that you're not alone. Things are most chaotic right before you reach new levels. Life might feel like it's shaking you to your core, understand that your own grounding is essential and that might look like reducing your output or focusing on survival at this point. That is okay, I'm right there with you. I have received many messages recently from people in this community apologizing for their absence because more important issues have their focus. Do not feel bad. Take care of yourself and come back when you're able. Don't let this keep you down, though. It's important to rest and come back rejuvenated so you don't let life steal your momentum and keep you knocked down. This is the energy I'm picking up on, especially after a period of excitement and adrenalin. Things are stabilizing now so you might be asked to slow down, so don't feel bad if you find your body doing this and your mind drifting to conserve energy and allocate it to survival patterns. I'm here for you no matter what and I myself am focusing on being gentle with myself as I go through my own transition. I might do today's energy forecast about this, but know that you are not alone and we are all here for you. Especially me. I'm sending you all SO much love! We will get through this together, do not withdraw completely. This won't help. You need healthy distractions even if it still means slowing down. Just some food for thought. Are you feeling this?
