John, my energy is no secret and it's usually discarded as a bunch of junk. In 1981 I had an experience with God Almighty through His Son Jesus Christ. The Bible calls it being born again. Ever since then, this living God has been my partner and guide through many seasons of real estate. He's helped me in so many deals that would have never made it to closing and always brings me business in the most unusual ways. I don't have any formulas for success, but He would partner up with anyone that would be willing to open up to such a thing.
