My Biggest Lesson from Day 1
Something I have learned in this game of fitness coaching, Ryan says, is that it's not about how many views you get or followers, but rather creating a connection with just one person cause at the end of the day that's all the matters, its the reason why all of us are in this journey to change other peoples lives Its like going to the gym and doing 100 reps of a certain exercise with very low weight and never reaching failure on it - Sure we have this feeling of productivity, we just worked out for long hours and did a lot of reps - but it doesn't matter cause we didn't reach failure so at the end of the day we are not gonna be growing muscle I used to post random content, random edits of my transformation, funny gym memes.. - and in some videos I would get a lot of views. Still, those videos didn't have any intention behind them, they weren't bringing any value to the viewer, no relatability, no brand behind the content.. so it is the same as going to the gym for 3 hours and have this sloppy energy, no strucuture behind workout, scrolling and changing music all the time.. not effective workout and then months go by and your physique is looking the same So make sure to go Heavy Weight 6-12 reps to break that muscle (Post Intentional Content, not just for the feeling of productivity and ticking of the box) Hitting Failure in the Gym = Creating a connection with Somebody and getting a Sale I just Spent 6 Hours Making this reel that is Very Intentional, explains my whole story.. and its probably not gonna go viral but the intention of the video is for my current followers to understand my WHAT, WHO, WHY and HOW - so it doesn't matter if it doesn't go viral cause the goal is to connect with 1 person Here is the reel I am talking about - https://www.instagram.com/p/DL8FrdWI40I/ Let Me Know how i can improve my content 💪
